Well here I am home again and I should be until I go to Albuquerque next. My trip was all in all pretty good but since I've told everyone about my adventures at band camp in Vegas (it's not as much fun as one would think) I'll spare you the big stuff and go into the very odd and funny details.

I found out a lot about Oliver that I didn't need to know.
Zoe and I were so tired one day that we threw "ass crackers" at each other.
All of the guard instructors said that we were a really tite group just because I told Andreno that I hoped he woke up next to a woman.
"The Original. The King!"
We did the hamster dance not once but twice!
Trey found the skinniest girl with the least amount of clothes on and ground on her for the entire dance.
I drove 12 hours in a car between Brice and Oliver.
At first there was only 1 cat outside out hotel, but when we woke up there were 3.
Brice told Oliver to "fuck off!"
I rode the roller coaster at New York New York
We spent 7 hours at the grand canyon.
We ate at the Road Kill Cafe in a town that Katlin's grandpa founded!
I woke up with Anders jumping on my bed in his underwear and his catcher t-shirt yelling, "viva, viva, viva, Las Vegas!"

And if that's not disturbing I don't know what is. All in all we had a pretty good time but I don't know if I can do it again. We'll have to see 1. If I'm captain and 2. How badly we loose so therefore need it. I can only handle 20 crying drum majors and 200 band geeks for a very short time.

You know I think that I expect too much from people. In all of relationships I have I tend to mess things up. Maybe there is something mentally wrong with me or I was loved too much as a child, but I can honestly say that I love to push people away. I don't do it on propose at least my conscience mind doesn't. It's not like I wake up in the morning and think to my self, "how can I screw up the best thing I've got today?" But somehow I do it...daily! I don't know why I just don't stand up in the middle of my group of friends and scream "Damn it! It's all about me! me me me me me!" I can't live with out human contact, with out my friends I would die. But some how I am the infamous mood killer, say the wrong thing at the wrong time, inappropriate thing to say, laugh when you fall, rub salt in the wound kind of person. Maybe I need too much and don't care enough, or maybe it's the other way around. But I do know that I expect too much and only get mad in return. So if I am doing this, and you know better then I do, please say something so I can promptly shut my mouth.

Hello, hello to one and all. I'M BACK! Well to say the least me trip was fantastic and I had a wonderful time with my family. My family of all people. Well to give you a short over look of my trip it was 9 days long. We went from Arizona to California to Nevada back to Arizona and the home again, round trip it was about 2000 miles in a little silver Honda with a loaf of bread.
San Diego is the most beautiful place in the entire world! It was amazing. There was palm trees and bird of paradise growing in the parking lot of out hotel. It was not hotter then 75 every day and they had weather that they call "June gloom" but it was great if you're outside all day walking at Sea World. We saw a really old light house at Point Loma and went down to the ocean down below. On our way back up to the car we saw a seal in the water, just hanging out and eating fish. A real seal in the wild. I touched rays and fed a baby seal fish. I got splashed by multiple aquatic mammals and got to go on an air craft carrier almost exactly like the one my dad was on. In Vegas my mom won $900 and between my sister and I, we brought home no less then 10 stuffed animals.
It was by far the longest and best trip that my family has gone on. But it's good to be home and be able to sleep in my own bed. On Saturday I'll be off to Vegas once again to go to color guard camp. But for now I'm kicking back...At home.
